Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Veylvo Cash mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the App. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. You may create and use only one account. Creating multiple accounts (including using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or automated tools to do so) is prohibited.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including any payout details you submit — inaccurate information may delay or prevent your withdrawal. Your display name is shown to other users and must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.

3. Earning Coins

The App lets you earn "Coins" by completing offers, surveys and tasks from third-party partner networks, spinning the free in-app reward wheel, claiming daily rewards, and participating in the referral program. Coins are a virtual, in-app unit with no monetary value of their own; they cannot be purchased, and cannot be transferred between accounts. They are credited only once a partner or our own systems confirm that an activity was completed honestly; confirmation can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours. Reward amounts for offers are set by our partners, and a partner may decline to confirm a completion. The prize wheel is free to play — spins cannot be bought — and its current prizes and odds are published in its Odds & Official Rules. The availability of offers varies by country and over time, and there may be periods when no offers are available to you.

4. Cashing Out

Coins may be redeemed for the rewards listed on the Cashout screen, at the conversion rates shown at the time of redemption. Conversion rates, minimum withdrawal amounts, eligibility requirements (such as having recently completed an offer) and available payout methods may change at any time. We reserve the right to review, delay, decline or reverse any withdrawal request that appears fraudulent, and to correct any coin balance credited in error. If we decline a withdrawal for a reason other than fraud or a breach of these Terms, the coins are returned to your balance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use VPNs, proxies or emulators to disguise your location or device; create or use more than one account; use bots, scripts or other automated means to interact with the App or complete offers; or otherwise attempt to defraud us or our partner networks. Violating this section will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of any pending coin balance or withdrawal.

6. Referral Program

You may share your personal referral code with others. Referral bonuses are credited only for genuine new users who sign up and remain active; self-referrals, fake accounts and incentivized "referral farms" are considered fraud under Section 5.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using the App and permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App — see our Delete Account page and Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining coin balance.

8. Third-Party Services & Trademarks

Veylvo Cash is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by PayPal or Amazon; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Offers and surveys are provided by third-party partners, whose own terms apply to those activities.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
