Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Veylvo Cash account and its personal data directly inside the app, at any time — no need to contact support.
How to delete your account
- Open the Veylvo Cash app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password (or, for accounts created with Google Sign-In and no password, by typing a confirmation phrase).
- Confirm one more time on the "This is your last chance to back out" warning screen.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out right away and the account can never be signed into again.
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@veylvo.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it; we will verify the request and delete the account in the same way.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, password, Google Sign-In link, display name, avatar, and country.
- Your coin balance (cleared to zero).
- The payout destination on any past withdrawal (e.g. a PayPal email).
- The IP address and raw provider data behind past offer completions.
- Your support tickets and messages, and the VPN-check records tied to your account.
- Your notifications inbox, and your device stops receiving push notifications from us.
What we retain, and why
A minimal record of past coin transaction amounts and withdrawal amounts/dates/status is kept, but it is no longer linked to your name, email, or any other personal detail — this anonymized record cannot be used to identify you. We keep it because accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations require a retained ledger of financial activity even after an account closes.
Starting over
You are free to create a new account with the same email address afterward. It starts completely fresh — no data, balance or history carries over from the deleted account.
Other data requests
For a request we cannot handle in-app — such as accessing or correcting your personal data rather than deleting it — email support@veylvo.com from the email address on your account.
